Vintage Pyrex Refrigerator Storage Dishes | Primary Colors Pattern | Yellow Opalware #0501 | 1-1/2 Quart | Fridgies | PYREX. Made in U.S.A.
Colorware sets in bright primary colors were first manufactured in 1947 as an "Oven-Refrigerator Set." The pattern is the bottom piece of a stacking set of 4 pieces in 3 sizes. With lids turned upside down, the dishes were stacked for storage. This is a family piece.
Condition: Good vintage condition. Clean. No color fading, and the container still shines. Clear glass ribbed (on the inside) lid included.
Dimensions: 9-1/2" L x 6-3/4" W x 2-1/2" D
Circular backstamp: Bottom of the container marked 0501 1-1/2 Quart Trade Mark PYREX Made in U.S.A. Ovenware
This space saver lid is marked 503-C.
Hand wash is recommended.
